The Postscript series

A series of short, unfiltered interviews with women who write across literature, journalism, academia, film, theatre and everywhere in between. We are curious about the lives behind the work; the years before the bylines, the people and places that left their mark, the messiness of being human, and the strange ways in which memory, culture and circumstance find their way onto the page.

Part literary portrait, part oral history, The Postscript is a living archive of women’s voices, ideas and wisdom, shared with the Penwoman literary community and passed on to those writing stories of their own.
